Kaveri Sinhji

Founder & Communications-in-charge

I started my career around the same time as the IT sector started to boom in India. I landed a job in Siemens, and Bangalore was not the expat beehive it is today.

Our corporate visitors would invariably venture out into the streets of Bangalore, either looking for something to buy or just to see the sights. And of course, they would most often get misled or cheated, and take home horror stories of their India experience.

Somewhere in my subconscious, there started to grow this need to change this trend. I knew the world has so much goodness to offer. Why should non-locals experience anything less than the very best of the land? Why should they not go home with the right things in their shopping bag, and the most positive, enriching feelings in their hearts? Why should anyone be an alien anywhere?

I started Bluefoot with a passion to bridge cultural divides. Bluefoot is a network of Culture Enthusiasts, who offer a hand to non-locals to enable them to discover the land the in a way it should be explored – the right way.

Right now we offer services across India in several of the larger cities.

Whether you’re an individual, a corporate, or the leader of a group, we hope some day that we can be the angels you turn to in every corner of the world – to help you touch the land, and take home kaleidoscopic experiences to cherish for a lifetime!
