DAY 1 (7 hours):

Start the day with a visit  to Amber Fort which stood the test of time and guarded itself from invasions, one of the most imposing forts of India. The fort entrance is reached by walking up the hill, going in car or taking a lurching elephant ride

A look at the appropriately located Jal Mahal (water palace)


Visit the Observatory – Jantar Mantar which is considered to be the largest of the five observatories and also houses the world’s largest sundial

End the day with a visit to the City Palace, which includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahalpalaces and other buildings. It was the seat of the Maharaja of Jaipur. A part of City Palace is converted into a museum. Royal attires, collection of manuscripts, two large silver vessels (Perhaps the biggest in the world) and armories are added attraction of the museum

DAY 2 (4 hours):

Rickshaw ride through the colourful markets and a walk through the vegetable market

Get a glimpse of the beautifully designed Hawa Mahal

Enjoy some delicious street food at a famous restaurant

Walk through the creative hubs of Jaipur where they make handicrafts and other items very unique to Jaipur like antique jewellery, hand block printing on clothes and try it, you can also pick clothes (shirts & skirts) which have this work on it, the art of carpet weaving

Blue pottery – making

(Possible Extension: spend half a day with an elephant: bathing, grooming, riding and feeding. Costs INR 3000 per head)

CANCELLATION: Once a confirmation is received, cancellation attracts a penalty of 50% if you cancel 48 to 72 hours before the tour. 80% if you cancel 24-48 hours before the tour, and 100% if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour.
